Network Airing Hawaii Five-O Instead of Ann Romney’s RNC Speech

How much does it sting that the network contracted to televise your convention would rather air reruns than your opening speaker?

I know my political posts don't garner much attention. I don't blame anyone for that.

Smallville series finale: Meh. It was decent for the first hour and a half, then it just hurried up and finished without feeling like it did anything. The resolution was glossed over in favor of just showing off the outfit. Could have been better.

As much as I cannot stand Dane Cook, the episode wasn't that bad. Some really good moments in there.

I've gotten through several recent programs, but still have a backlog of several others. Non-spoilery thoughts:

What happened to the days where you had to actually stretch a scene to make it slashy?

• Yesterday I took a sick day. At one point I fell asleep during USA's daily NCIS marathon. So I dreamed of the team and for some reason they went to Hawaii. This naturally lead to some Danno/DiNozzo scenes. Anyone is welcome to writing crossover fic for that. I won't stop you. In fact I encourage it.
